Our trusted and long-standing subcontracted supply chain includes some of Ireland’s most respected engineering and related practices. It consists of a wide range of subject matter experts in the fields of energy, housing, sustainability, planning, environment and data centres.
The initial design start for the project was in 2019, taking the exploratory discussions and plans to sketch concepts and then creating a design that has not changed much during the construction. The build started in January 2022, which included sourcing the vehicles and organising all our approved contractors. At any time, we have had up to 60 people working on site, including project management, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.
The project was completed in January 2024 and has been deemed the first of its kind anywhere in the world. For more information see our projects.
